How do I reset my password?

Use “Forgot Password?” on the sign-in screen. If you signed up with Apple, your sign-in is managed by Apple — there's no separate password.

Is my data backed up?

Activity history and GPS routes stay on your device, and Apple Watch sessions sync through your private iCloud. Anything you share socially is stored securely on our backend.

Can I use RockSteady offline?

Yes — tracking and viewing your history work offline. Social features need an internet connection.
